The Beginning and the Ending of Death

January 29, 2008 by Dan Sullivan 1 Comment

Hebrews 12:24 to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.

Ok, so I am out of time and have to make this fast:

Abel, the first man to die…ever. Killed by evil men jealous of his righteousness.

Jesus, the last man to die, because after Him all men will be raised, …ever.

Killed by evil men jealous of His righteousness.

It’s almost like Abel got killed and God said, “Here you go. I’m going to show you how death is going to begin, and how death is going to be, and how death is going to be FINISHED FOREVER.”
